Behaviors A Go-Go, seeks dedicated, dynamic, high-energy, detail-oriented Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time, PRN or part-time work in our new multi-disciplinary, parent-centered, community-based health program. We embrace family values and provide a non-corporate atmosphere to enhance the potential of our employees and clients. You will work primarily with developmentally delayed children providing services in our new 7000 square foot activity center. It is our intention to create a truly individualized program for a child by providing an ABA-centered, educationally viable curriculum with the hallmarks of flexibility and the navigation of life-skills. Such a program will be designed to provide less anxiety and distraction for the child as well as comfort for the parent in knowing their child is receiving a quality education.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise speech therapy activities;

  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and design support plans based on functional assessment data;

  • Teach and supervise SLPAs, Program Coordinators, BCBAs, on the proper implementation of educational and clinical speech programs and plans, materials development, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems;

  • Maintain a billable caseload and documents billable hours according to particular funding source policy and state and federal regulation;

  • Actively participates in ongoing program oversight and development;

  • Actively participates in outreach efforts to the community.

Qualifications

Behaviors A Go-Go seeks dedicated individuals to work with children on the autism spectrum ages 0 to 21. Services are provided in client homes or in our new multidisciplinary activity centers. We have full and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional who practices under the supervision of a BCBA and is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services.

Benefits
